Impact Waves refers to Impact Waves, an organization providing reflective coaching for people who are building a life outside of their home country, as well as newsletters, workshops, bootcamps, and free and low-cost resources, with its headquarters located in the United Kingdom and global reach.
"Client" refers to any individual accessing or using the services provided by Impact Waves, including the website, newsletters, workshops, bootcamps, and resources.
"Service" encompasses all offerings provided by Impact Waves, including but not limited to the website, newsletters, coaching, workshops, bootcamps, and resources.
"Content" denotes any information, text, images, videos, or materials available through Impact Waves' services.
​"Third-party Providers" includes any external businesses or organizations offering products, information, or services through Impact Waves.
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing or using the services provided by Impact Waves, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our services.

3. Content Ownership and Use
3.1. Proprietary Rights
All materials available through Impact Waves, excluding client-generated content, are the exclusive property of Impact Waves, its licensors, or third-party partners. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any proprietary materials without prior written consent.
3.2. User Content
You may have the opportunity to submit content to Impact Waves ("Your Content"). Clients retain full ownership of their client-generated content. By submitting content to Impact Waves, you grant Impact Waves a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, display, distribute, and create derivate works of, comment on and analyse your content in connection with our services. This license is solely for operating and providing services, and clients agree that Impact Waves is not responsible for any user-generated content.

3.3. Third-party Content
You acknowledge that the services may include content provided by third parties. Any opinions, advice, statements, judgments, services, offers, or other information that constitutes part of the content expressed or made available by third parties, including content posted by our contributors or client-generated content, are those of the respective authors and not of Impact Waves or any of its officers, directors, employees, or agents. While we retain the right to filter or reject client-generated content and other content posted by third parties, we review client-generated content and other third-party content in a limited gatekeeper fashion and have no obligation to investigate whether any content or other client-generated content violate any term of this Agreement and will not do so in most cases. We neither endorse nor are responsible for the User-Generated Content or any other content posted to the Services by anyone other than Impact Waves.
4. Client Conduct
You agree to use Impact Waves' services for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, engaging in criminal or abusive conduct, violating intellectual property rights, and impersonating others.

4a. Coaching sessions
Our coaching sessions will be guided by a coaching agreement that are shared with clients after payment. The sessions are confidential, NOTE: Coaching is NOT licensed counseling or clinical therapy and as such does not diagnose or treat mental illness or disorders. Coaches will offer referrals to licensed mental health professionals as may be appropriate.
5. Third-party links and providers
Impact Waves may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or reliability of these external websites, and any interaction with third-party providers is solely between you and them.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Impact Waves provides its services "as is" and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. We disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Compliance with Applicable Laws
You agree to abide by all relevant local, national, and international laws when using Impact Waves' services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, excluding its conflict of law rules.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Impact Waves harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Impact Waves reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
