Your programme is doing serious work. This is the support that makes it sustainable.

Wellbeing and personal leadership support for the women and young people you work with

Hello! Welcome here!

If you have landed here, you may be responsible for a programme or a community that invests in women and young people.

Across Europe, most young people who leave a programme early aren't leaving because of money or logistics. They're leaving because the pressure built up and nobody caught it in time.

Women leave leadership programmes and fellowships for a similar reason. Not lack of ability, but lack of mentorship and support once the pressure of the role actually hit, so they stepped back before anyone realised they were struggling.

That's the part I work on, built into your programme itself.

Who We Work With

Youth Organisations & non-formal education

A young person choosing what to study, or grinding through school leaving exams, is making one of the most difficult decisions of their life with almost no support for how heavy it actually feels.

I bring life skills, a wellbeing toolkit, and support for choosing their direction directly into your programme, so participants have real tools for the pressure they're under, not just the content on the syllabus.

Participants finish what they started, and they leave with a clearer sense of where they're headed and the confidence to move toward it.

Women's Networks, Fellowships, and Professional Communities

The women in your community are usually the ones holding everything together, the first in their role, the only woman in the room, the one nobody sees struggle.

Many step back or quietly disengage from leadership opportunities, not because they can't do the work, but because there was never a space to say what it actually costs them to keep doing it alone.

I bring that space into your community directly, coaching for emerging leaders built around leadership pressure, not generic confidence-building content. Women stay engaged, take on the roles you're preparing them for, and don't burn out quietly on the way there.

If something here resonates, get in touch.

What Partnering Looks Like

No two collaborations have looked the same. Some organisations come with a clear gap they want to fill. Others come with a feeling that something is missing but are not sure yet what to call it.
Either way, the starting point is always a conversation. What follows depends on what the women and young people in your programme actually need. We create this together with them and you.

Here is what this can look like in practice:

01

Workshops and Programmes

Co-designed with your organisation from the start, around what your community is actually dealing with.
Participants have described it as a space where they did not have to be perfect, where they could think out loud and be honest about what they were carrying. They have left with greater self-awareness, stronger confidence, a clearer sense of where they are going, and connections with each other that held well beyond the end. Some made decisions they had been circling around for months. Some picked up tools for resilience and personal leadership they are still using a year later. Workshops run from 90 minutes to a full day. Programmes go deeper over four to seven weeks. Both end with a journal so the work continues in participants' own time.

02

Coaching and mentoring

Women have returned to study, changed careers, gone for the role they had been talking themselves out of for years. Young people have found a direction they actually believe in, made the decision they had been putting off, and taken their first real steps into a life they chose. If individual coaching or mentoring would serve the women and young people in your programme, that conversation is worth having.

03

Weaving in Wellbeing

Wellbeing runs through everything we do. Wellbeing is not a session that gets scheduled at the end when something goes wrong. It runs through every workshop, every programme, every conversation. The tools and methodologies Adrienn brings are ones women and young people can actually use, in their work, in their relationships, in the quieter moments when nobody is watching and things are harder than they let on. Individual wellbeing and collective wellbeing both have a place here. Because how a person is doing on the inside shapes everything else, how they lead, how they show up, how far they are willing to go.

04

Follow-Up, Built in

Most programmes end and the impact starts fading within weeks.
I offer follow-up sessions at three and six months, so what participants built during the programme is still standing after it ends, and so you have something real to report back to funders about what actually lasted.
