Hello, I'm Adrienn. It's really good to have you here
.
My own path has taken more turns than I expected, from building a career in social impact and supporting youth, to eventually hitting a wall with burnout that forced me to stop and rebuild from the inside out. Rebuilding meant becoming a freelancer again, this time with a much clearer sense of what I actually wanted and who I wanted to support.
That experience shapes how I work today. I know what it feels like to lose yourself in the pace of things, and I know what it takes to find your way back. That's exactly what we do here together.

My background
2013 was a year of searching that brought a career change from consultancy to education. Since then, I've had the honour to support youth and women through coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with wonderful organisations. I've supported youth through transitioning from secondary school to college, delivered a pilot to support marginalised young people transferring the skills gained on the street, designed workshops and programmes to wonderful women internationally, and supported individuals with over more than 1,800 hours of coaching conversations.
Since 2020 my focus has deepened around personal leadership, wellbeing, and career, particularly for people navigating significant life transitions. People feel more connected to their values, they move from being stuck to taking small steps towards their goals, and their courage changes their outlook and future.
I've also worked with organisations across Europe, the UK, Latin America, and Asia, and I've designed and facilitated programmes that bring together reflection, career development, leadership, and community. One of those was the Skills4Impact Accelerator, a seven-week programme bringing together internationally-minded women to develop technical and social-emotional skills side by side. Participants worked on real-world challenges while building resilience, self-awareness and the kind of inner tools that make everything else more sustainable. Through peer mentoring, they also enhanced their intercultural understanding and communication, and deepened connection between each other.
I support people from all backgrounds, including those who are exploring or questioning their faith. These conversations belong to everyone. If faith and doubt comes up in our work together, it's welcome. If it doesn't, that's equally fine.

A note on what I do and what I don't
Mental wellness coaching is not only for moments of crisis. It also works before things are falling apart to prevent bigger difficulties.
🌱 It's a space to build a wellbeing toolkit before pressure turns into burnout, one that stays with you long after sessions end.
🌱It's for the freelancer or consultant who's still showing up every day, but has lost touch with the reason she started it.
🌱 It's for the young person anxious about the year ahead, not knowing what comes next.
🌱 For anyone stepping into a new season, feeling scattered and unsure what to expect.
🌱 Mental wellness coaching is not therapy or counselling, and it doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
🌱 It's a structured, honest space to talk openly, make sense of things, and find practical ways forward, so you catch what's building before it becomes a crisis, and thrive instead of just cope.
🌱 It can support you through life transitions, or while you're on a waiting list for therapy.
If at any point I feel that deeper therapeutic support would serve you better, I'll say so directly and help you find the right person.
🌱 What you do on the inside, while everything outside is shifting, decides who you become next. You don't get to skip that work. You can only postpone it
🌱 You don't need to have everything figured out to begin. You need one honest conversation.
🌱 The questions worth asking are often the ones we have been avoiding.
🌱 I don't believe people are lost. I believe they are between versions of themselves.
🌱 Faith and doubt both have a seat at this table. They don't need to be tidy to belong.

What Women and Organisations Are Saying About Working Together
Individual Participant (coaching)
"I signed up for 1-2-1 sessions with Adrienn, eager to enter the social impact field but feeling lost on how to stand out and secure a job. What I found exceeded my expectations. Adrienn's dynamic sessions not only focused on job-seeking but challenged my approach to the social impact sector, my potential role, and the essence of social impact work. She shared her experiences, offered practical resume advice, and expanded my understanding of the field's diverse roles. Adrienn encouraged me to critically assess my strengths, values, and unique contributions. Her coaching extended beyond the professional realm, deepening my understanding of my passionate social causes.”

The main thing I took away from this meeting was how important it is to handle challenges and keep moving forward.
