Hello, I'm Adrienn. It's really good to have you here.

I first moved abroad to London and lived there for twelve years. Like many people who relocate, I had to begin again in ways I hadn't expected. I started with temporary jobs, learned how different systems worked, and slowly found my way back into meaningful work, first in consulting, then in education and community projects focused on people navigating important life transitions.

After more than a decade, I hit a wall. The pace, the pressure, the changes in my community led to burnout. That period became a turning point. I stepped back, reflected deeply, and began building something new. Building something of my own after burnout added a different layer. At the end of 2023, I moved again, this time to Spain, where I'm based now.

Living through these transitions more than once has shaped how I work. I understand how exciting life abroad can be, and how quietly complex it becomes over time. That combination, the excitement and the complexity, is exactly what I work with.

My background

2013 was a year of searching that brought a career change from consultancy to education. It was the best (and the most scary) decision of my life. It was worth it! Since then, I've had the honour to support youth and women through coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with wonderful organisations. I've supported youth through transitioning from secondary school to college, delivered a pilot to support marginalised young people transferring the skills gained on the street, designed workshops and programmes to wonderful women internationally, and supported individuals with over more than 1,800 hours of coaching conversations.

Since 2020 my focus has deepened around leadership, wellbeing, and career, particularly for people navigating significant life transitions.
I love seeing how these conversations make people more connected to their values, how they move from being stuck to taking small steps towards their goals, and how this "daring" and courage changes their outlook and future.

I've also worked with organisations across Europe, the UK, Latin America, and Asia, and I've designed and facilitated programmes that bring together reflection, career development, leadership, and community.  One of those was the Skills4Impact Accelerator, a seven-week programme bringing together internationally-minded women to develop technical and social-emotional skills side by side. Participants worked on real-world challenges while building resilience, self-awareness and the kind of inner tools that make everything else more sustainable. Through peer mentoring, they also enhanced their intercultural understanding and communication, and deepened connection between each other.

My coaching is informed by real life experience living and working abroad, as well as training in mental health and trauma-informed approaches. That training was completed through programmes developed within a Christian counselling framework (AACC), and it continues to shape how I work.

I work with people from all backgrounds, including those who are exploring or questioning their beliefs. These conversations belong to everyone. If faith, doubt, or spirituality comes up in our work together, it's welcome. If it doesn't, that's equally fine.

A note on what I do and what I don't

Mental health coaching is not therapy or counselling, and it doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. It's a structured, honest space to talk openly about what you're experiencing, make sense of it, and find practical ways forward. It's especially useful during life transitions, or as a support while you're on a waiting list for therapy. It can also be a useful space alongside the professional pressures that come with building a life abroad, the kind that do not always have an obvious place to go.
If at any point I feel that deeper therapeutic support would serve you better, I'll say so directly and help you find the right person.

🌱 You don't need to have everything figured out to begin. You need one honest conversation.

🌱 The questions worth asking are often the ones we have been avoiding.
🌱 I don't believe people are lost. I believe they are between versions of themselves.

🌱 Starting over is not the same as giving up.

🌱Faith and doubt are welcome here. They don't need to be tidy to belong in the room.

What Women Are Saying About Working Together

Individual Participant (coaching)

"I signed up for 1-2-1 sessions with Adrienn, eager to enter the social impact field but feeling lost on how to stand out and secure a job. What I found exceeded my expectations. Adrienn's dynamic sessions not only focused on job-seeking but challenged my approach to the social impact sector, my potential role, and the essence of social impact work. She shared her experiences, offered practical resume advice, and expanded my understanding of the field's diverse roles. Adrienn encouraged me to critically assess my strengths, values, and unique contributions. Her coaching extended beyond the professional realm, deepening my understanding of my passionate social causes.”

Individual Participant (coaching)

"Working with Adrienn was instrumental in shifting my attitude towards self-compassion, positive thinking and growing clarity. She has a holistic approach that emphasizes intuitive thinking. Since my sessions with Adrienn, I got a remote job (which I was hoping for) but more importantly, I feel more confident in myself and less afraid of what is to come.

Workshop Participant

The main thing I took away from this meeting was how important it is to handle challenges and keep moving forward. It was really insightful, and I now have a much better understanding of these skills. I plan to put them into practice in my career. I also want to acknowledge the moderator’s expertise and the great discussions we had.
